Fit Bells (kettlebell training): Equally good for both male and females who are looking to improve strength, speed, endurance and fatloss. It is a whole body workout that places emphasis on whole body efficiency which has a tremendous carryover to performance in ever day life and sport. The dynamic nature of a lot of the movements have a large energy requirement therefore will burn a lot of calories and place a big anaerobic/aerobic demand on the body so they are very good for fitness gains.

More concentrated exercises can be utilised alongside the big movements to get a comprehensive whole body workout that would rival any gym programme that has lots of equipment. Kettlebells can be nicely linked in with pull ups, press ups, squats and lunges within the same workout.
