45 mins of all over Kettlebell drills to improve   stamina and burn a ton of calories.

Cyclone Spin
30 minutes of high intensity cycling with little or no rest.

Wednesday

 

Next Step Spin – for those progressing from the beginner spin. 35 minutes of hills, endurance & speed work.

Street Dance-
An all over CV based street dance class with modern songs from Latin - Hip Hop.

Thursday

 

Thai Bo – 45 minutes of karate kicking and punching delivered in a class format to increase fitness through movement.

Cyclone Spin 30 minutes of high intensity cycling with little or no rest.

Friday

 

Circuit Training approx 45 minutes of intensive exercises to help improve strength, speed and stamina. One of the best fat burning classes out!

Fitness Spin – 45 minutes of endurance cycling, hills and more; you won’t even need a saddle!
