Legs, bums, tums + step(5.30 pm or 6.15pm)40 minutes of exercises to strengthen & tone your lower half. Including step to burn fat!
Cyclone Spin – 30 minutes of high intensity cycling with little or no rest.
Tuesday
Aerobics Plus – 30 minutes of high intensity cycling with little or no rest.
Wednesday
Next Step Spin – for those progressing from the beginner spin. 35 minutes of hills, endurance & speed work.
Kettlebell Fit Class – 45 mins. of all over Kettlebell drills to improve stamina and burn a ton of calories.
Thursday
Thai Bo – 45 minutes of karate kicking and punching delivered in a class format to increase fitness through movement.
Cyclone Spin –30 minutes of high intensity cycling with little or no rest.
Friday
Circuit Training – approx 45 minutes of intensive exercises to help improve strength, speed and stamina. One of the best fat burning classes out!

Sunday
Fitness Spin – 45 minutes of endurance cycling, hills and more; you won’t even need a saddle!
